Orders ship within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday.

Items ship USPS First Class mail. USPS tracking information is emailed upon shipment of orders. 

By purchasing a product(s) from Spiritual Mugwort  User is agreeing to the following: 

• User agrees that User has provided a correct mailing address.

• Refunds will not be issued by Spiritual Mugwort for items lost or damaged by the mail carrier.

• User agrees not to hold Spiritual Mugwort responsible for any package that is lost or damaged or any package that is stolen from the User’s address.

• User is responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS or the mail carrier if the package has been damaged, stolen, or lost.
